To maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency, we enforce a structured cancellation and refund policy. Please review the timelines and financial implications detailed below before finalizing your booking.

All cancellation notices must be communicated directly via our official channels (email, phone, or in-person check-in). The effective time of cancellation is logged precisely when the request is officially received by our team. Eligible refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method utilized during registration.
Nautic Center Bol reserves the absolute right to modify or cancel any scheduled departure due to adverse maritime weather conditions, safety hazards, or unforeseen technical problems. In the rare event of a company-initiated cancellation, all affected passengers will immediately receive the choice of either an alternative date/time rescheduling or a guaranteed 100% full refund.
Please note: Failure to arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time will be recorded as a "No-Show" and is entirely ineligible for compensation or rescheduling.
We are committed to addressing all complaints in a timely manner. The statutory period for responding to complaints is 15 working days from the date of receipt. You will receive a formal response to your complaint within this timeframe.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the civil court in Split.

This Terms and Conditions replace all prior versions. The Terms and Conditions were last updated in: May, 2024. Nautic Center Bol retains the right to change, modify and/or amend this Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes to the Rules will be published on the Nautic Center Bol Internet Portal; in the case of significant changes, you will be informed in a clear and understandable manner.
